Spring is here, well nearly! It’s time to come to lunch.

As always there will be three courses of delicious vegetarian dishes created with produce we have grown in the kitchen garden
£20.00 per person with a glass of prosecco and garden herb tea or coffee.
Here are a sample of dishes served at previous lunches:
Spicy beetroot soup with a herby dressing
Spinach and sorrel hummus and baby vegetables
Radish, soya bean and watercress salad with a miso dressing
Cauliflower and cumin fritters with lime yoghurt
Celeriac risotto and wild mushrooms
Caramalised garlic, rosemary and goats cheese tart with salad leaves
Gluten free chocolate torte and salted caramel ice cream
Orange, date and aniseed salad with geranium yoghurt
Rhubarb sorbet, frozen natural yoghurt ice cream and rosemary madeleines
Beetroot and chocolate cake with mascarpone
Thyme, lemon and honey tea or coffee

The Menu for March is all new, looking delicious. We will use as much as possible from our kitchen garden, although still under snow as I write, the kitchen garden has been expanded and awaits it’s new seeds and plants which are now ready for some warmer days!
