Thank you to our wonderful, local cheese supplier Hamish Johnson Cheeses I made the ‘cake’ with
Keens Cheddar, Cornish Yarg, Vignotte, Cashel Blue, Smoked Northumberland and Valency.
What a huge hit it was, particularly in the early hours of the morning when the feet tired of dancing and the munchies hit!
Definitely not a dairy free option but hopefully gluten free and should please the vegetarians!
